Privacy Policy
DoEazzy is built and run by one person. This policy says, in plain language, what data the app touches and what happens to it. The short version: the app collects the minimum it needs to work, shows no ads, sells nothing, and tracks nothing.
What the app collects
Your email address and a name. Your email is used to create your account and send you a one-time login code. At signup you also choose a name — it's how the app addresses you, and it can be anything you like (it doesn't need to be your real or full name).
Your tasks and daily activity. The tasks you add, complete, release, or postpone, and daily summaries of that activity (counts, streaks, your score). This is the app's core function — keeping your day's list and your history.
That's the full list. The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing activity, or anything from other apps. There are no advertising or analytics trackers in the app.
Where it's stored
Your account and task data are stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers located in Tokyo, Japan (AWS ap-northeast-1). Data is encrypted in transit. A working copy of your current data is also kept on your device so the app works smoothly day to day.
Login code emails are delivered through Resend, our email provider, from hello@doeazzy.com. Your email address is shared with these two providers only as far as needed to run the service — never sold, never shared for marketing.
Payments and tips
DoEazzy is free. If you choose to send an optional tip, the payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details — no card numbers, no billing address. Tips unlock nothing and create no account data beyond Apple's own transaction records, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.
What we don't do
- No ads, and no ad networks in the app.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of your data with third parties for their purposes.
- No tracking across other apps or websites.
- No profiling or automated decisions about you.
How long data is kept
Your data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account (Settings → Account → Delete account) and your account record, tasks, and history are deleted from our database. Residual copies in encrypted backups expire on their own schedule shortly after.
Your rights
You can see your data in the app at any time, correct it by editing it, export it by asking us, and delete all of it by deleting your account in the app. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU under GDPR), you may have additional legal rights to access, correct, port, or erase your data, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. For any of this, email hello@doeazzy.com.
Children
DoEazzy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the date above will change and the new version will appear here and in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
