Terms of Use
These are the terms for using DoEazzy. They're short on purpose. By using the app, you agree to them.
What DoEazzy is
DoEazzy is a daily task app built around one idea: one day, one list, no backlog. It's made and operated by an independent solo developer.
The daily reset is by design
Your task list resets at midnight, local time. Tasks you didn't complete are released — they do not carry over to the next day, and released tasks are not recoverable. This is the core of the product, not a malfunction. By using DoEazzy you accept that the app intentionally lets go of unfinished tasks each day. Don't use DoEazzy as your only record of critical information.
Your account
You sign in with your email address using one-time codes. Keep access to your email secure — anyone with your login code can access your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent and removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
It's free; tips are optional
DoEazzy is free, with all features available to everyone. You can optionally send a one-time tip to support the project. Tips are processed by Apple through the App Store, unlock nothing, are not a purchase of goods or services, and are non-refundable except as provided by Apple's own refund policies. Tip prices are shown in the app before you confirm.
Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other people's accounts, and don't use the app for anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
DoEazzy is provided as-is and as-available. As a small independent project, features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may occasionally be interrupted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty, limited liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost tasks, lost data, missed deadlines, or anything that follows from relying on the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (for most users: zero).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change meaningfully, the date above will change and the new version will appear here and in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
